Capabilities of contemporary equipment
of the leading world manufacturers, as well as training and qualification
level of engineers, technicians and workers allow quickly and efficiently
solving the tasks set in the development of the product of any complexity.
When designing machining attachments, writing programs
for NC machines and analyzing cast molding and die forming, advanced CAD/CAM/CAE
technologies
and programs SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, MoldFlow and LogoPress are used.
High level of tool manufacturing development at ATLANT Inc. allows designing and fabricating up-to-date machining attachments
under the orders of outside organizations, providing services in thermal
and mechanical processing.
Besides the foregoing works, tool-manufacturing department
also carries out repair and maintenance of existing rigging.
Both in the Republic of Belarus and outside it, they
have estimated true worth of the works done by tool-manufacturing department
of ATLANT Inc. and terms of order fulfillment.
