To increase the efficiency of manufacturing and perfect it,
ATLANT Inc. has designed and developed transportation
and сassembly systems,
automated warehouses and storage rooms.
Since 1997 assembly of all refrigerators ATLANT is made on
pallets moving by creepers. Refrigerator assembly line consists of functional
modules: conveyor drive, rotators, lifting and transfer devices, chain tension
units, stationary assembly stations, refrigerator pumping and testing stations.
After packing, refrigerators go to the finished products storehouse,
where they are sorted according to models and versions. Identification is made
against the bar-code label on the package. Sorting system is made in two levels
on the basis of roller conveyors and continuous-operation lifters. 12 channels
are provided for model-by-model storing. When more than 6 fridges are on the
channel, a command is given to their supply to the former. A package of six
fridges is prepared on the former units for piling by the special loaders with
twin-clamp attachment.
Automated
storing system is used at the fridge door production section. All operations
on handling completing articles, finished doors and empty containers are controlled
from the central computer. 500 kg stacker crane is a main transporting mechanism
of the storehouse. Distribution of the finished doors is made by the floor-type
transporting manipulator.
Presented developments in the field of transportation, storing
and assembly system can have different completion, regarding other manufacturing
conditions.
Equipment for transportation, storing and assembly systems
developed by ATLANT Inc. is manufactured at Baranovichi Machine-Tool
Plant, which has the certificate of conformance to the requirements of the
International Standards ISO 9001-96 to the quality system of machine-tool manufacturing.
Successful realization of the developments
by ATLANT Inc. allows designing and manufacturing up-to-date equipment for transportation,
storing and assembly systems at any industry.
